- A data removal request
- Deleted within 30 days, and we email you when it is done. That is a promise and it is the only one on this page. See data removal.
- A charge you do not recognise
- Say the date and the amount. The charity charges your card directly, so your statement shows the charity rather than RealChange. It does not show the particular program you picked, and that catches people out.
- A card that stopped working
- You can replace it yourself from your dashboard, and that is faster than writing to us. Email if it will not take the new one.
- A tzedakah you want added
- There is a box for that on the tzedakahs page. We go and ask them.
