Email us from the address on the account. We delete the record within 30 days and email you when it is done.
HOW TO ASK
Write to leivi@collectivekindness.net from the address on your account. The 30 days run from the day you send it, not from the day we open it.
There is no form here on purpose. A form nobody has to prove themselves to lets a stranger start your deletion by typing your address, and a person handles each removal rather than a job.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address and sign-in history.
- Linked bank items and the encrypted access tokens for them.
- Your transaction and round-up records.
What RealChange has to keep
Records of completed donations, because a charity has already been paid and both sides need the receipt. These are kept for tax and accounting purposes and are not used for anything else.
