Request data removal
Tell us the email address on the account. We delete the record within 30 days and email you when it is done.
NOT WIRED UP
This form is disabled on purpose. A removal request has to be backed by a real 30 day deletion job, and that job is M7 work. A form that accepts a request nobody acts on is worse than no form. Email us in the meantime.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address and sign-in history.
- Linked bank items and the encrypted access tokens for them.
- Your transaction and round-up records.
What RealChange has to keep
Records of completed donations, because a charity has already been paid and both sides need the receipt. These are kept for tax and accounting purposes and are not used for anything else.
